Our Service Plan Details
Our maintenance service plan provides you with year-round, worry-free protection for your heating and cooling system. Among other things, each of your two visits per year includes a thorough inspection and cleaning of your system. Our service plan is an excellent way to keep your system checked out and cared for by our professionally trained team of HVAC experts!
Cooling System Service
- Change filters, standard 1" pleated filters included
- Inspect the evaporator air temperatures
- Inspect visible wiring & connections
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Test all operating pressures
- Examine voltage and AMP draw
- Clean and inspect condensate or drain line
- Test the overall performance of system
- Wipe down condenser shell
